Jason Clark joined The Clark Companies in 1991 after graduating in business at Brock University.  He is the fourth generation of his family to work for the company since it was founded in 1925.

Jason began his career working on poultry farms and at Martindale Hatchery.  He then moved into the installation department at Clark Ag Systems before becoming the General Manager of Clark Ag Systems.  He became President of The Clark Companies in 1999 following his father Ron Clark.

Jason and his wife Sandy have four children -- two boys and two girls and he enjoys coaching his children’s hockey teams.

Brad Mandryk

President of Clark Ag Systems & Clark Agri Service

Brad Mandryk comes to the Clark family of companies in April of 2016 as President of both Clark Ag Systems and Clark Agri Service.  He brings to Clark a diverse experience managing and growing companies in the environmental industry for the past 26 years. After graduating from McMaster University in 1985 with his Honours BA in Psychology, Brad’s career took him to some of the most prominent environmental companies in the industry. 

He has worked through several mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds and growth challenges throughout his career, improving company performance and profitability.  Brad has a passion for ensuring the organization delivers exceptional customer service and value to its customers.  He thrives on building exceptional teams where employees share in the successes and are all proud to be a part of a winning organization at every level. 

Brad enjoys staying active and fit, coaching/managing his children’s sports teams over the years and the great outdoors.  He lives with his wife Michelle and their three sons.

Ron Shoup

Vice President of Farm Operations

Ron Shoup joined The Clark Companies in 1977, beginning his career in the service department at Clark Ag Systems.  By working his way up through working in the farms, service and sales, he eventually managed Martindale Hatchery.

With his wealth of farming knowledge, Ron transitioned to managing Clark Poultry Farms and Clark Farming and eventually moved into his current responsibility as Vice President of Farm Operations.  This hands-on role in the poultry and cash crop companies includes Clark Farming, Clark Poultry Farms and Clark Egg Farms.  

Ron has been married for 35 years to his wife Linda and has two daughters.
