The Clark Companies strongly believes in supporting its community.

The Caledonia Community Centre Committee and the Active Lives Committee were formed under the leadership of The Clark Companies, for the purpose of bringing a new Community Centre to Caledonia. The center opened in the fall of 2004 and features a twin pad arena, library and meeting area. The generous support and commitment of The Clark Companies helped bring this project to fruition and provided a beautiful center for the town of Caledonia and neighbouring communities.

The Caledonia Special Projects Committee completed a major renovation of the Caledonia Train Station, with the support of the Clark Companies. The restored train station has since become a focal point of community activity in Caledonia, and the office for the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce. Volunteer tradesmen worked using old photographs to restore the train station to its original state.

The Clark Companies actively supports a number of community projects including local sports teams, the Caledonia Special Projects Committee, the Caledonia Fair, Caledonia Canada Day celebration, McKinnon Park Secondary school awards and Annual Relay for Life. They also support various education and health related initiatives in Haldimand, Niagara, Nanticoke and Norfolk as well as local civic organizations.

Clark Agri Service directly supports local initiatives including many 4-H organizations, local school fundraisers, the Haldimand Federation of Agriculture, local hospital fundraisers, agricultural fairs and many others.

The Clark Companies offers an annual bursary for post-secondary education open to children of full-time employees who are enhancing their opportunities through a form of post-secondary education, whether it is university, community college, trade or vocational school, etc. Selection is made by an independent outside panel. Consideration is given to qualifications, career plans, extra-curricular activities and community involvement. Selected recipients will continue to receive the bursary of $2,000 each year until they have obtained their undergraduate degree or diploma.
